Desc: Moharram - Jugend der ewigen Morgenröte: Directed by David Nawrath, Florian Schewe. On the basis of cross-section of Tehran youth and the personal portraits of two young protagonists, the film provides an intimate look into a culture which is other-wise quite closed for Europeans. In confined circumstances, the young people look for a way to combine the growing influences of liberal Western culture with the strict religion of their native land.
